Chisanchisho & Dining Guragara Kofu Showa Branch is located 6 minutes by car from Kofu-Showa IC. This restaurant has a lineup of foods that use local and organic ingredients. The skewers, which use Koshu wine beef, Koshu chicken, and grazed pork from the southern Alps, are all made by hand, and the greatest care is taken with things other than the ingredients, including the use of Shinano white charcoal for cooking.

The restaurant space uses old materials dismantled from an old house and has a warm atmosphere with an Asian mood. Guests can relax and enjoy their meals in this space, which also takes the greatest care with the interior design, including all seats being in private or semi-private rooms and the use of cane lighting fixtures and tables. Counter seats and private rooms on the terrace are also available, making this restaurant good to use in various situations, including dates and group travel.
