Firstly, “Florilège” has relocated from Gaienmae, and the popular Spanish restaurant “aca° (tentative name)”, which moved from Kyoto's Karasuma-Oike to Tokyo's Nihonbashi, has opened a new establishment. Also, a new café and dining concept from the well-known Shibuya restaurant and bar, "Sta.azabudai," and a restaurant from a Thai cuisine establishment, “Krung Siam," promoting initiatives related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), have opened.
Additionally, there are new establishments such as “AZABUDAI TORISHIKI," a new branch of Torishiki, and a deli featuring popular items from Yazawa Meat, known for restaurants like Meat Yawaza and Yakiniku Jumbo Shirogane, named “PARLOR YAZAWA." Moreover, the highly acclaimed international restaurant “Pizza 4P's Tokyo," awarded in competitions like "Essence of Asia" and "Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants," has made its debut in Japan.
There's also a factory-attached concept, “ÉCHIRÉ L'Atelier du Beurre,” themed as the Butter Atelier by the renowned "Echire," and a chocolate specialty shop called Minimal. Additionally, they have opened Minimal The Specialty, offering comparisons of chocolates with drinks like Japanese sake, Japanese tea, and specialty coffee. The cafe options are diverse and enrich the overall experience.
Each tenant is scheduled to start operations sequentially, with the grand opening on November 24th. Leading the way, the British School in Tokyo will open on August 30th, and on November 6th, the Keio University Preventive Medicine Center will commence providing examinations. Additionally, the hotel "JANU Tokyo," a sister brand to "Aman," is set to open this winter. Azabudai Hills Market and Mori Building Digital Art Museum: Epson TeamLab Borderless are scheduled for late January 2024, while some stores, including luxury brands, are expected to open in February 2024.
