The restaurant is divided into two floors: "Earth" where you can enjoy BBQ style meat and vegetables, and "Ocean" where you can taste fresh fish from Hokkaido. We recommend the "KIBORI Special Course," in which the chef prepares the day's seasonal seafood in sashimi and deep-fried dishes right in front of you.

Wooden carvings of "bears with salmon in their mouths" are displayed in the store. This is one of the most popular souvenirs of Hokkaido. Although it is not seen very often these days, many people still associate this wood carving as an item of Hokkaido. The outstanding chicken and vegetables served in the rich soup, made by boiling chicken bones for 9 hours to condense the flavor and essence of the chicken. Do not forget to try the charcoal-grilled yakitori, a simple dish that brings out the best of the ingredients.

Hitsumabushi Nagoya Binchou/Tokyo Marunouchi Building, located in a perfect location near the red brick Tokyo Station, offers Nagoya's specialty "Hitsumabushi" - a bowl of "eel rice" topped with finely chopped grilled eel kabayaki and served with different flavors of condiments, dashi (soup stock) and other ingredients. The eel is grilled over binchotan charcoal to make the skin crispy, while the meat is soft and juicy. The special sauce goes perfectly with the eel.

Hakata Tsurufuku is a restaurant lets one enjoy Hakata specialties such as motsu nabe and dumplings at reasonable prices, all in a high-end atmosphere. The motsu nabe features specially made soup made with carefully boiled chicken bones and pork bones. This soup uses soy sauce from Jokyu, a soy sauce shop from the Hakata area of Fukuoka that was founded in 1855. Their soy sauce features mellow and deep flavors and rich fragrances that make history, as well as the sweetness particular to Kyushu soy sauce. The drinks also use the highest quality, safest and most reassuring ingredients, including non-chemical lemons for the lemon sour.
