2. Sushi Urayama Meieki
Sushi Urayama Meieki, located just an 8-minute walk from Nagoya Station, offers seasonal Hokuriku delicacies and delicious tuna sushi with red vinegared rice. The restaurant, an adult dining retreat, operates three locations in Nagoya-shi, Aichi, and one in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Hokuriku sushi is made with ingredients from the Hokuriku region, including Toyama and Ishikawa, which are known for their rich fishing grounds. The characteristic sweet rice (vinegared rice) is a perfect match for Hokuriku seasonal ingredients such as snow crab, yellowtail, and nodoguro, which has a rich flavor.
