Mahoroba Teppan Okinawa

Mahoroba Teppan Okinawa, located a 10-minute walk from Miebashi Station, offers a dining experience where you can enjoy Okinawa's locally sourced ingredients cooked on a teppan (iron griddle). They offer A5 grade Ishigaki beef, which is considered rare even within Okinawa, as well as fresh local fish such as live lobster and abalone, along with seasonal vegetables sourced from contracted farms. The chef, who honed their skills in the world of French cuisine, prepares and serves these ingredients with elegant mastery.

The interior of the restaurant is coordinated with a sophisticated atmosphere based on a calm red color. In front of the counter seats, a large iron griddle is set up, and as you watch the cooking unfold before your eyes and inhale the enticing aroma, your anticipation builds rapidly. If you want to experience the essence of teppanyaki, counter seats are recommended, but there are also private rooms available as well as semi-private table seats that can be adjusted according to the number of people. Since the tables are equipped with iron griddles, you can enjoy the freshly prepared flavors.

Shabu Shabu Kumeya

This restaurant boasts a course menu centered around "Shimakuru Agu Pork," a purebred type of Ryukyu native pig Agu, primarily served as shabu-shabu. As soon as you step inside, beautifully illuminated wisteria trees greet you. The interior exudes modernity and luxury, with a fully private room style ensuring your privacy. Just a 3-minute walk from Omoromachi Station. Mahoroba Irori Okinawa is a restaurant with a striking pure white noren (traditional fabric divider) at the entrance. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients sourced from all over Japan, cooked using a sunken hearth and charcoal grill. The dishes feature unique ingredients indigenous to Okinawa, such as Motobu beef and the "Paiton" brand of Agu pork, offering a plethora of originality. You're sure to be impressed by the deep flavors of rice cooked in a clay pot.

The interior exudes a serene atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Japanese storehouse. The beautiful blue wallpaper, reminiscent of the skies and sea of Okinawa, adds to the impression. Sushi Murakami

Just a 7-minute walk from Miebashi Station. Sushi Murakami, located on the ground floor of a building, offers traditional "Edomae sushi" and "Ryukyu sushi" made with Okinawan seafood. Ryukyu sushi features unique ingredients such as "Irabucha" miso and local specialties like "Ojisan" and "Meebai". In addition to nigiri sushi, they also offer sashimi, tempura, simmered dishes, fried dishes, and other seasonal dishes that pair well with drinks.

A simple interior with only 10 counter seats. The close proximity to the chef and other guests fosters a homely atmosphere where you can enjoy conversation while dining. Pairing dishes such as freshly fried tempura made from Okinawan "kurumaebi" shrimp, or carefully prepared "homemade dried fish" with Japanese sake or awamori is also recommended.
