This is a popular restaurant, so be sure to make a reservation to get a table in the evening. They offer an extensive menu for both lunch and dinner. Directly connected to Sapporo Station, Tokachi-butadon Ippin is a beloved restaurant that serves buta-don with pork that’s fragrant from being grilled on an open flame. 6.Shichuan Saimen Benikojiya

Shichuan Saimen Benikojiya serves [Tan-men] made with their homemade seasoning. In the evenings, they whip up authentic Sichuan food. It looks like a regular ramen restaurant, but in the evening, the menu changes to include exotic Sichuan dishes that you can sample in course meals for reasonable prices. The chef’s recommendations are their [Yaki Gyoza] (fried dumplings) and [Mabo Tofu] (spicy beancurd). The food here is so good that it’s worth making a trip here just to try it!

The recommended [Sura Ramen] (hot and sour noodles) combines just the right amount of sourness and spiciness.

The [Benikojiya Tokusei Gyoza] (fried dumplings) is delicious even without the dipping sauce.
