Gyoza-Dokoro Sukemasa believes in locally-produced and locally-consumed food, and therefore uses large amounts of local ingredients like Kyoto cabbage, marbled pork, and Kujo onions. Unlike most gyoza, the superior ones here are made without Chinese seasonings and do not have an overpowering smell of garlic. You can naturally order them a la carte, but having them with the beer set menu is also recommended. The sui-gyoza (boiled dumplings), limited to 20 servings a day, are also popular.
