Not only Sushi and Sashimi made with a variety of ingredients, but also dishes prepared with simple cooking methods such as boiling and grilling offer a special taste that comes from using fresh ingredients. If you visit Shikoku, be sure to indulge in the local specialties full of seafood.

Here, you can savor local seasonal fish and the renowned Sake 'Keigetsu' from the Tosa Reihoku region. Upon opening the door, you'll be greeted by a simple yet warm atmosphere.
