This restaurant sells vegetable-based tapas made with produce hand-selected by the vegetable sommelier. The wooden interior has a calm and inspiring atmosphere that permeates throughout, and you can see Yakuin's 6-corner intersection (Yakuin Mutsukado) from the windows. The most notable thing about BAL SPROUT is definitely the way it sells its wine - by volume! You can order however much you like for 170 JPY per 50ml of wine (one glass is roughly 500 JPY). This place is recommended to those who want to casually enjoy wine to their heart's content, along with homemade, healthy dishes.

EBISUYA is located high up on the 7th floor, and you can enjoy a stunningly beautiful night-time view from the large windows while dining on high-quality meat. The restaurant has a chic, refined atmosphere, and there is even open terrace seating. One hugely popular item is the [Fermented Aged Steak], which is aged for 30 - 45 days on a unique grill directly imported from America. There are also a variety of items made from the "phantom beef" Ozaki, of which only 20 heads are sold per month. Of course, there are many wines with which to enjoy this high-quality menu.

The owner of WineSalon Araki is also a sommelier and wine instructor. Stop by to enjoy the marriage of seasonal vegetable tempura and carefully-selected wines, all within a calm, relaxed atmosphere. For red wine, you can pair a Pinot Noir with thick, meaty donko shiitake mushrooms, or a Bordeaux wine with eggplant cooked dengaku-style (sliced in half and scored). Hermitage is a French bistro that offers natural wines and healthy cuisine in a hideaway at an alley off the bustling main street. It is very popular among the health-conscious for using only chemical-free, organic vegetables and avoiding chemical additives and flavorings. There is a huge variety of wine stocked in their in-house wine cellar, including reds, whites, and sparkling varieties.
