Located a 4-minute walk to the south of Shinsaibashi Station. Sushi Kiwami is quietly located in a building in the Shinsaibashi-Suji area, which is crowded with many shops and people. When guests pull back the restaurant curtain, they'll find a space wrapped in a relaxing atmosphere spread out before them. They can also see the staff showing off their skills at the counter, which looks like a theater stage. Here, one can see the restaurant head making sushi and the head chef preparing Japanese food. Every aspect of the experience is carefully considered, including the toppings made and the timing of the serving. These aspects gently color the time spent with that special someone.

The counter-seat-only menu consists of the Sushi Kiwami Kaiseki Course, which is carefully prepared and constructed. They purchase seafood that is not only fresh but also guaranteed to have delicious flavors. The tuna is stocked at Yamayuki, a leading and famous shop in Toyosu Market. The restaurant takes the greatest care with the sushi rice that supports the toppings, even going so far as to change it depending on the fish.
