Ryuzushi

Ryuzushi specializes in unique sushi using local mushrooms and wild vegetables, such as maitake-topped fatty tuna nigiri and kikurage rolls. Renovated in 2021, the restaurant offers mainly counter seating. The course features about five appetizers and 12 pieces of nigiri, showcasing seasonal fish from Japan and delicacies from Niigata. Foodies from all over visit for this exclusive experience, with Hong Kong gastronomist Chai Lan praising it as "the best sushi restaurant in Japan."

The restaurant Ishokutei Hoseimaru offers a vast lineup of fresh seafood, including natural rock oysters purchased directly from local fishermen and raw tuna shipped directly from the market. The Seafood Bowl Meal (with a small bowl of udon noodles and a small salad) is an outstanding dish that allows you to enjoy a generous portion of seafood. Other, appropriately priced dishes are also available.

Located just off the Higashiko Interchange of the Shinshin Bypass, the restaurant has a parking lot for 40 cars.
