In the fall of 2019, Bakuroichidai Nagoya West opened in the Across Cube shopping center. Here, you can enjoy sukiyaki and shabu-shabu with Hida beef. The table seats can accommodate about 40 people on one floor, which is ideal for banquets. They also have private rooms for 6 and 4 people.

The chef especially recommends Saitobi, which is the grade given to only 4 or 5 out of 100 heads of grade A5 Hida beef cattle. Meat of exceptional quality is selected by a chef with many years of experience, allowing you to enjoy delicious Hida beef that surpasses its A5 grade. They buy one head of Hida beef at a time, so they offer a wide variety of rare cuts of beef. We recommend that you try their assorted platters and set meals.

This is the fourth branch of the popular restaurant chain Bakuroichidai, which has been operated by a butcher since 1957. The interior of the restaurant is carefully designed to meet the needs of the "new normal" (post-COVID-19). All seats are in private rooms, so you seldom encounter other diners. You can enjoy your meal in a completely private setting.

The moment you put the beef in your mouth, the mellow aroma tickles your nostrils, the texture melts in your mouth, and the taste is light and sweet. They purchase only one head of meat carefully selected by professionals, and they use Saitobi beef, which is the pinnacle of Hida beef. They are particular about the highest-quality cows.
