Bakuroichidai Nagoya Sakae is a promising new restaurant that opened in November 2020. This is the fourth branch of the popular restaurant chain Bakuroichidai, which has been operated by a butcher since 1957. The interior of the restaurant is carefully designed to meet the needs of the "new normal" (post-COVID-19). All seats are in private rooms, so you seldom encounter other diners. You can enjoy your meal in a completely private setting.

The moment you put the beef in your mouth, the mellow aroma tickles your nostrils, the texture melts in your mouth, and the taste is light and sweet. They purchase only one head of meat carefully selected by professionals, and they use Saitobi beef, which is the pinnacle of Hida beef. They are particular about the highest-quality cows.
