bistro Chic still has the elegance and wabisabi esthetic sense that is gradually being lost even in Kyoto. This private space was built with minimum renovations done to an old folk house first built in 1951, and has a somewhat nostalgic and calm atmosphere that recreates the life of the Kyoto born owner chef.
