The "Azabu" that is gaining attention in Azabu-Juban, the gourmet town, is ILBrio Azabu, where guests can fully enjoy seasonal ingredients. There are 2 courses in the menu, which both use carefully selected ingredients. The Azabu Course, named after the restaurant itself, lets guests choose their preferred ingredients from a wagon transported to their table. The entertainment value of choosing one's favorite dish, and having it tailored to one's preferences, makes these courses quite popular. Guests can enjoy a variety of sake, premium wine and champagne, in addition to original sake created in collaboration with a sake brewery.
