BEIGE ALAIN DUCASSE TOKYO was born in Ginza from a collaboration between the high fashion brand, Chanel, and Alain Ducasse Enterprise. The interior was designed by Peter Marino, the architect of Chanel's boutiques. Here, you can enjoy the fine art of the skilled chef, Kojima, who uses the best ingredients available, such as freshly harvested vegetables from Kamakura and top quality products that you can only get in France. True to its name, which means "6 Senses", this restaurant promises to offer cuisine that will stimulate all 5 human senses, including your sight and hearing.
