This restaurant offers traditional Edo-style sushi. The staff still adheres to the mission of the founder, who strove to "always serve beautifully arranged and delicious sushi to the customers". Misuji has 2 types of sushi rice: [Akazu Blend] and [Shirazu Blend], which you can enjoy with the same toppings to taste the difference. French-Bar Refuge is an appealing restaurant that features heartful French cuisine along with a rich variety of wine. The carefully prepared cuisine spares no time or effort and incorporates seasonal ingredients with homemade food from southern France as the base. It has a somewhat easy to enjoy taste. The "Chicken Thigh Meat Confit with Steamed Lentil" comes highly recommended. The chicken thigh meat is marinated overnight and features careful seasoning, and takes 4 to 5 hours to cook. Though the skin is crispy, the exquisite textures softly fall apart and don't require a knife, making this an enduringly popular menu item.
