Sushi and masterpiece cuisine made with the careful judgement and skill of a veteran artisan born in Hokkaido

Located a 3-minute walk from Susukino Station. Sushi Ajino Ichimatsu was opened in the spring of 2022 by its restaurant head, a veteran artisan who was born in Hokkaido and trained in Sapporo. It has an excellent menu featuring items that use seasonal fresh fish and local vegetables, including the restaurant's excellent Nigirizushi, as well as Abalone and Sea Urchin Served in Cold Water and Thinly Sliced Hair Crab. The restaurant also has a rich lineup of local sake from Sapporo and Asahikawa, and guests will be moved by the unique Hokkaido flavors.

It's located on 2F of the building and has a relaxing atmosphere that feels completely different from the city. This restaurant has a refined Japanese modern interior finish and uses beautiful Japanese paper for the scarlet-colored ceiling and calm-colored wallpaper. At the seats in the L-shaped counter, which faces the open kitchen, guests can get an up-close view of the skillful knife handling of the chef. It is recommended for meals for entertaining and celebrations, as well as for anniversary dates.

Located a 3-minute walk from Susukino Station. Sushiya no Yamada is a sushi restaurant that lets one enjoy the blessings of the northern mountains and sea, including fresh fish from the nearby seas, spring mountain vegetables, autumn mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms from Otaki Village. For the rice, they use the highest-grade Hokkaido brand, Yumepirika. The delicious and plump rice grains go perfectly with the sushi toppings. With the 10-piece nigirizushi assortment of Northern Sushi, guests can freely enjoy the excellent flavors provided by the restaurant, including sea urchin, salmon roe, and Japanese scallop.

The pleasant restaurant interior has wooden textures on the olive-green walls. Sit at the counter to get a good look at the toppings case lined with fresh seafood and the sight of the chefs cooking.
