ALAN is located a 5-minute walk from Sakae Station. This diner serves South American cuisine, with a particular focus on food from Peru. On Fridays, Saturdays, and days before national holidays, they are open until 1:00 AM, so they work hard to serve dinner parties late at night. The restaurant interior is a space overflowing with an overseas atmosphere, thanks to the furniture, full-order tables, and seats from Peru. They also have terrace seats with a resort feel.

The menu seeks out authentic tastes and uses carefully selected local spices and ingredients. They have a lineup of rare menu items, such as their Hard Tacos, which have cumin kneaded into the dough, and their Radicchio and Seasonal Fruit Salad, with their vivid appearance. The firewood-cooked cuisine, cooked luxuriously using two kinds of firewood, is not to be missed!

The chicken used for their grilled chicken consists of the best-quality items stocked that very day, not caring the slightest about where it was produced. They have an excellent lineup of menu items made with extra effort, including tofu with a fine, smooth texture being added to their chicken meatloaf, which is quite addictive thanks to its fragrant grilled surface and fluffy textures. The beer pickles, which go perfectly with alcohol, and the potato salad, which does not use mayonnaise, are both very popular.
