Our recommendation is the 'Chef's Special Assorted Sashimi,' where the chef selects the best fresh fish of the day and presents it in various cooking styles according to your budget. You can also savor the 'Today's Best Nigiri,' a sushi platter made with the best ingredients procured that day, showcasing the chef's exceptional skills.
One of the highlights is enjoying conversations with the chef at the counter seats, where fresh seasonal fish are displayed.
