Niitaka is a restaurant specialized in shabu-shabu (sliced meat parboiled with vegetables) and sukiyaki (soy-sauce-based hot pot stew). The most popular set course Matsu comes with both shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in one hot pot, so you can try both soup. Kids menu and tableware are available on request, making it a great restaurant for families with children. As the restaurant is located inside Umeda Sky Building, we recommend visiting for lunch before or after enjoying Osaka skyline view from the Floating Garden Observatory.
