Cambusa, which is Italian for "a boat’s galley", is a 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station. It is hard to get a reservation at this very popular Italian restaurant for many reasons: the outstanding food prepared by a chef who studied a variety of regional Italian cuisines, pizza that is baked in a wood-fired oven by pizza artisans who are particular about the dough, and the wonderful service by the staff, who are knowledgeable about the food and wines.
