With a direct connection to Sapporo Station, this conveniently located restaurant has an original brand of beef that can only be enjoyed here. The interior of the restaurant has a bright and cheery atmosphere. The [Hokkaido Kuroge Wagyu Dry-aged Meat Selection], which includes 3 types of meat (lean, fatty, and a rare cut of beef), is highly recommended. This restaurant offers a delicious soup filled with nutrients from carefully selected seasonal vegetables, such as vegetables from Biei Senka in Biei, Hokkaido. The name of this restaurant refers to the wish for each and every grain of Hokkaido-grown wheat to be cherished. Both counter and table seats are available at this laid-back restaurant that's only a 2-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It serves slightly more luxurious ramen that uses ingredients that you can only find in Hokkaido, which is known as the "treasure chest of ingredients". The signature dish of the restaurant has to be the [Genki-no-deru Miso Ramen], which uses non-fragrant ascetic garlic. You might be able to expect medicinal effects from consuming it! This Italian bar, located under the train tracks, will put you in good spirits with its array of over 100 different types of wine, along with pizza, pasta, and desserts. This bar cares so much about the quality of its food that it even invited an actual chef from Italy over to bake pizza in their red kiln. [D.O.C dokku] is their signature dish, which has won the Grand Prize at Pizza Fest - a pizza festival that takes place every autumn in Naples - for 3 consecutive years. All their pizzas are topped with [Water Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese], which is a rare mozzarella cheese that's 100% made from water buffalo milk.

New Western KAZU, located 3 minutes away from Odori Station and only a minute away from Nishi Yon Chome Station by foot, combines a casual atmosphere with the pure foundations of Western cuisine. The name, [Shinyoshoku], refers to making new food that adheres to the original recipe's foundations. The owner wanted customers to relax and enjoy this kind of food so much that they included it in the name of the restaurant! The [Succulent Beef Stew with Hokkaido Wagyu Beef Shank] has been the best-selling dish on the menu since the restaurant opened. In this dish, succulent chunks of slowly stewed shank meat are generously topped with homemade demi-glace sauce.

This butadon (pork rice bowl) specialty restaurant, located on 6F of Stellar Place, is directly managed by the well-established restaurant, Sorachi, which produces the famous Genghis Khan sauce. The interior is so laid-back, clean, and sophisticated that it feels more like a cafe than a restaurant! The ingredients for their sublime sauce are all carefully aged at a low temperature so as not to impair the richness and flavor. Japanese pork loin is then dipped into this sauce, and grilled several times over to create a dish that is unique. It will definitely make you want to order more!
