Among them, 18 newly starred restaurants. The restaurants that are the talk of the town among gourmands, is "SEZANNE", which has been upgraded from one star to two stars, and "Ming Jia", which was listed for the first time and received two stars.

The chef of Sezanne is Daniel Calvert.
He is a person who has attracted the attention of foodies around the world, having won 4th place in the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" list when he was the chef at 【Belon】in Hong Kong. He has traveled to many places in Japan and has developed a love for Japanese ingredients, which he has incorporated into beautiful French cuisine using various techniques he has absorbed from all over the world.【Myoujyaku】has no shortage of guests who are struck by the dishes that capture the spirit of the tea ceremony, where the heart of the tea ceremony is to appreciate things just the way they are. The owner, Mr. Hidetoshi Nakamura, is a talented chef who began his career at Kyoto's【Maruta】and then at【Aoyagi】, as well as serving as head chef at【Karaku】for 12 years.
