4. Miyabi An
Served in a Japanese-style interior, this restaurant serves authentic Japanese cuisine and [Hand-Pulled Soba] made with buckwheat flour. They freshly prepare the flour by milling buckwheat seeds produced in Hida Shokawa with a mortar. Aside from soba, the menu offers many other dishes that enhance the original flavor of seasonal ingredients to the fullest.

This restaurant is located right next to Miyakawa Morning Market, one of the most popular attractions of Takayama.
