You'll be smacking your lips over the soba (buckwheat noodles) made with buckwheat flour produced in Hida Shokawa.
Served in a Japanese-style interior, this restaurant serves authentic Japanese cuisine and [Hand-Pulled Soba] made with buckwheat flour. They freshly prepare the flour by milling buckwheat seeds produced in Hida Shokawa with a mortar. Aside from soba, the menu offers many other dishes that enhance the original flavor of seasonal ingredients to the fullest.
