Hakata Hinanoyaki is managed by a 100-year-old store called "Yoshino-do", which sells a famous Japanese confectionery called "Hiyoko". [Hakata Hinano-yaki] are kaiten manju (Japanese dessert of batter cooked in a special pan and filled with sweet ingredients) that use red and white bean pastes, as well as custard, as fillings.
